Time Stand Still

Time Stand Still
I'm not looking back but I want to look around me now
See more of the people and the places that surround me now
Freeze this moment a little bit longer
Make each sensation a little bit stronger
Experience slips away...

This is Time Stand Still, an online journal which used to average about fifteen entries per month. As you might already have noticed, though, I haven't updated in ages. I am unwilling to declare my journal officially dead, since I might someday be inspired to start writing regularly again, but for the moment it's certainly in hibernation. Between my job, my relationship, and my ever-growing list of hobbies I'm far too busy to keep up with regular writing about myself.

Do check back occasionally, if you feel like it; I suspect that now that I've explained I won't be writing regularly I might put something up now and then about whatever is on my mind.

Why would anyone keep an online journal? Specifically, why would I? Wonder no more: I've engaged in some self-justification on that very topic.
